Grumichama is highly ornamental tree that produces small black fruits with cherry-like flavor. The tree is medium in size and slow growing. Leaves are a glossy, deep green providing a dense canopy. Tolerates light frost and periods of drought but produces best with regular watering. This plant does best in well drained soil that is slightly acidic.
