Persea americana x ‘Ettinger’
Ettinger avocado originated in Israel and was introduced in the U.S. in 1954. Excellent quality bright green fruits have light yellow flesh that surround a large seed. The tree is vigorous and very prolific. Fruits ripen slightly before and with Fuerte in Riverside CA.
