Plant Guarantee Policy
90 Day Guarantee from Date of Purchase. Receipt & Product Must be Present for Exchange or Store Credit Only. Applies to Perennials, Shrubs and Trees sized 1 Gallon and Larger. No Guarantee on Replaced Plants or FREE Trees Redeemed Through RPU Tree Power Program.
Plant Guarantee Exclusions
Annuals, Avocado Trees, Citrus Trees, Houseplants, Sod, and Tropical Plants and Tropical Fruit Trees.
Plant Return Policy
Plants Must be Returned in ORIGINAL Condition within 48hrs with ORIGINAL Receipt. STORE CREDIT ONLY!
Non-Plant Item Return Policy
Items Must Be Returned in Original Retail Condition with Receipt Within 3 Days. Store Credit or Refund to Credit Card Only. Items to be Dismantled/Rebuilt are Subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
