Munstead Wood English Rose
Rosa 'Ausbernard'
Munstead Wood English Rose bears very deep, velvety crimson blooms, with lighter colored outer petals. Flowers are deeply cupped at first, becoming shallowly cupped with time. There is a strong Old Rose fragrance with fruity notes of blackberry, blueberry and damson notes. Forms a broad shrub covered with attractive foliage that emerges reddish-bronze finishing to a medium green. Useful as a border plant or planted in containers.
