The most popular persimmon. Medium-sized and flat in shape, this non-astringent variety stays delightfully crisp when ripe. Well-suited to both cool and warm climates, it grows into a hardy, attractive tree that is nearly pest-free. Harvest in fall. Requires about 200 chill hours and is self-fruitful.
