Royal Rainier Cherry

Prunus avium x Royal Rainier

Royal Rainier cherry is considered the best of all cherry varieties. It is distinguished from other cherries by the color of their skin and high sugar content. The fruits are yellow covered with a reddish-pink blush. The flesh is yellowish-white, fine textured and very firm. This cherry bears at an early age. It is a good pollenizer for other sweet cherries.
