English Morello cherry is a late-ripening tart cherry mainly used for cooking. Sometimes eaten fresh when fruits are fully ripe. Dark red to nearly black cherries contain dark juice. Trees are small, round-headed tree and have drooping branches which makes it easier to harvest the fruit.
