Bavay’s Green Gage plum is a superior selection of gage-type European plum. Fruits are small to medium in size. The amber flesh is richly flavored & very sweet. Excellent plum variety for eating fresh and for cooking. More productive in moderate winter climates than common Green Gage plum.
