Sugar Cane jujube is a small to medium sized jujube variety with extremely sweet flesh that has an apple texture and flavor. The fruits are smaller then Li but are still of excellent quality. The tree itself is highly attractive and easy to grow. Jujubes are hardy, drought resistant, and virtually pest and disease free. They require long, hot summers to for optimal production. Also known as Chinese dates.
